We would need YOUR VEHICLE MAKE AND MODEL and registration 

STEP 4.

We would also need to know how many passengers are with the vehicle 

STEP 5.

Any additional information as in - (does the vehicle roll, are the wheels flat, stuck in gear, wheel broke, fallen off or possibly missing)
